Saline Emergency Removal and PMU Corrections

Are you looking to have your microbladed or permanent makeup eyebrows fixed, corrected or removed? Are your eyebrows saturated with pigment that needs lifting before we can give you amazing new brows? I can even help with eyebrow emergencies, if a freshly microbladed or tattooed brow turns out completely wrong, I will come to your rescue!

Any kind of tattoo removal is a process and Saline removal is no different. Although we’ve seen some great results after just one session, most clients will see improvements after 2-3 sessions. It’s worth mentally and financially committing to a course of 3 treatments before starting, and during the consultation we can assess how easily the pigment is likely to remove from your skin. Whilst we can’t give you an exact number of sessions to fully remove unwanted pigment, you’ll be able to understand the removal process and know what you’re in for.

For around 25 years the Q-switched laser has been the gold standard and pretty much the only safe option for the treatment of tattoo removal. The new Picolasers started to come into use in 2016 finally offering a better option for tattoo removal. Using not only heat but acoustic waves to break down ink particles into finer sand like fragments, with less heat damage to the skin and tissue, meaning a more rapid removal by half the time of traditional Q-switched laser.

Our technician has 10 years experience in tattoo removal and was recently awarded runner up in the British Aesthetic Awards in 2020 for her portfolio of scar repair and laser tattoo removal work, in the category of Skin Expert.

- TEST PATCH

A test patch is not required for the use of Saline removal. The manufacturer advice is that it is safe to use unless you have severe allergy or a known allergy to lidocaine.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Our standard price is £95 and covers for a small area, large area, full eyebrows

An emergency removal may require out of hours appointments as this is time sensitive or there may be further complications with the removal process and this is therefore charged at £125 for the initial emergency removal procedure.

EYEBROW TATTOO REMOVAL - LASER

We use the picolaser to achieve excellent results in eyebrow tattoo removal. Every eyebrow tattoo is different and due to the nature of some of the pigments used in cosmetic tattooing the outcome can sometimes be wildly unpredictable. For this reason we require a test patch to be able to inform you of how well the pigment and colour may or may not lift. Some clients experience 1 or 2 sessions to achieve a great fade or removal. For some unlucky clients, they have 12 or more sessions and will never achieve full removal. Please book a test patch and consultation to discuss your options.

COLOUR CORRECTION & DEPIGMENTATION

This is becoming a very popular service and is usually a quick and more simple process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - EYEBROW CORRECTIONS

Cosmetic tattoo removal is a specialist service, we suggest that you are mentally prepared for your eyebrows to look worse before they look better, financially prepared for a minimum of 3 treatments and determined enough to allow 6 months as a minimum for the treatment to work (depending on the tattoo). We really cannot express enough the importance of a test patch and consultation, it is very important that you know your options, we are friendly and very experienced in eyebrow removal, it is a complicated process and not to be taken lightly always check the qualifications, insurance and previous work, including before and after photos, of the person treating you. Facial tattoo removal in the wrong hands can cause severe pain, scarring and can be very traumatising as well. Our laser technician has 10 years experience and is a derma specialist providing scar repair treatments, qualified level 5 in laser safety and tattoo removal as well as being recently awarded runner up at the British Aesthetic Awards 2020 in the category of Skin Expert.

EMERGENCY EYEBROW RESCUE

There is a time limit on emergency rescue. This will not 100% remove the mistake but it will fade it and make it less noticeable until the next removal session 8 weeks later. This will require an immediate phone call to clinic to discuss in the first instance whether or not emergency removal is an option for you. This is due to how the skin heals after a tattoo, we can only help while the tattoo is fresh and there is no scab, if the area is inflamed or raw then it is not possible to offer emergency removal.
