We are an official GOURI clinic and this is our favourite skin booster due to it’s ability to rejuvenate the full face and stimulate huge collagen production over an extended period of time. Recovering very wrinkled skin with deep lines and crevasses, lifting, plumping and toning the skin for an overall younger appearance. It is also recommended to fight off the signs of ageing and delay the onset of lines and wrinkles.

We also offer skin boosters with muscle relaxing properties and although there isn’t the muscle paralyzation or freezing that is associated with botox, there is subtle softening of deep lines and creases that still allows facial movement but gives a naturally softened look to problematic areas, boasting that our BOTOLIFT skin booster does not cause muscle prolaps, give you a frozen look, cause antibodies that reduce effectiveness or damage the muscles as well as infusing peptides, hyaluronic acids, amino acids, vitamins and DMAE 2% to nourish and rejuvenate at the same time as reducing deep lines and wrinkles, without a high risk of adverse effects.

Our lip hydration with dermal filler is a bespoke service to increase fullness, shape and correct asymmetry or to put back what has been lost with time and balance facial features, creating a more appealing lip shape or add fullness. Re-shaping and filling the lips can have a huge positive impact on ones self image by feminising and harmonising facial features.

After the age of 30 it can also be advisable to consider balancing the lip lines, marrionette lines or the nose to mouth lines (nasolabial) this can be achieved with a direct filler to the areas or in many times subtle cheek filler will return the cheeks to their previous fullness and reduce the weight from the lower facial area including the nose to mouth lines, this is a bespoke service and very often goes together well with a lip filler hydration treatment to give a more rounded aesthetic look to a lip treatment.

Another point of consideration is the chin, which can appear recessed from the side profile and while increasing plumpness in the lips can improve the front aspect, we often like to consider the effect this will have on the side profile, a small projection on the chin area can complete the profile and re-balance facial harmony after a lip treatment.

The treatment of the tear trough is now better understood for long term results we recommend skin boosters to improve the quality of the skin and its undelaying tissue structure, this can be achieved with specially formulated injectable serums, our favourites are sunekos, lumi eyes and aquashine. Dermal filler in this area is not widely suitable for most there does need to be an anatomical requirement, which most people do not fall into.

Mono thread lifting is a powerful treatment to build a scaffold of collagen in the long term, this can be used to add structure to an area and support skin boosters to achieve a more youthful facial contour and skin matrix, the pay off of this addition is usually seen after 9 to 12 months.

It does not add volume which is perfect for anyone who already has great volume from previous dermal fillers or may not want to alter facial features but do want tighter skin.

The under eyes is one such area for example, where we want to tighten, lift and improve the skin but we do not necessarily want to add volume, which could add puffiness or bags and sags.
